Randy has nearly three decades of experience in Real Estate and Property management and over a decade of expertise in the non-profit field, overseeing Community Block Grants (San Diego and National City) programs.

 

Randy has gone to many lengths to advacate for Affordable Energy, he has met with many Government Agency's. Such as the The California Public Utilities Commision (PUC) in San Francisco, CA. Which in turn resulted in The Bill to be passed to keep the MASH rebate program in place.
