Randall Simmrin has nearly four decades of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, and over a decade of expertise in the non-profit field. His expirience includes: Asset management, Real estate development, Project analysis, Overseeing Community Block Grants and programs, ensuring project compliance, and program reporting.

 

Randall is also the Co-president of the MASH coalition, seeking to expand opportunities to install solar PV. Servicing low income residents of multifamily affordable housing, toward the ultimate goal of "bridging the Green Divide" and making the benefits of clean solar power available to all Californians. His meetings with governing bodies such as The California Public Utilities Commissions (PUC) played a key role in passing the bill to keep the MASH program in place. Randall is a University of Southern California alumni and former collegiate athlete. He also Played professionally in the NFL and Canadian Football Leagues. He has raised four sons and they are all successful in their lives and careers. He is a Business professional and a Blessed Father.

Donna Simmrin has over 35 years of property management experience and 20 years of Licensed Real Estate experience. She began her career in residential and multifamily real estate, but found her passion in affordable housing. She enjoys making an impact and helping others.

 

Donna currently oversees resident services, financial reporting, program development, outreach, volunteer coordination, and hiring.

Donna is a native San Diegan who has worked throughout the region. She understands the wonderful attributes of our communities as well as the challenges that our residents may face on a daily basis.

 

She is also a proud mother of four boys. 

Guadalupe Tilton

Resident Service Coordinator

Guadalupe Tilton has over 10 years of experience working with students, refugees, adults, seniors, and teens in the San Diego area to provide resources to enhance their lives and achieve their goals. 

As Residence Services Coordinator, Guadalupe has been able to create a positive impact by working directly with our residents in our community centers.

 

Guadalupe has a Degree in Psychology and she has also done mission outreach work.

Jason Simmrin

Business Development Specialist

Jason Simmrin has experience in sales and business development. He began his career in merchant services working to connect businesses and banks, as well as providing small and large businesses with software solutions that help optimize their day to day operation. 

 

Jason's primary role in business development will be to find and analyze development opportunities, communicate with partners, marketing, and project development. 

Jason is also a former collegiate athlete who studied economics and had a successful basketball career at California State University, San Marcos. His goal is to make a significant impact on communities by putting together much needed affordable development projects.
